The hotel had great food and service, friendly and efficient staff, a convenient location near the centrum and Bergbahn, comfortable and well-equipped rooms, beautiful views from the balcony.
Could not be improved in any way.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They spoke English well and made me feel very welcomed. The cleanliness of the hotel was top notch and the facilities were great. The breakfast had a good variety of foods and was tasty. the location was convenient as there were many transportation options nearby.
No negatives were found.

Convenient location with easy access to public transportation and ski rental facilities. The hotel restaurant offered a wonderful selection of dishes. Room was sunny and boasted gorgeous mountain views.
Thin curtains let in too much daylight, making it difficult to sleep. Pillows were too soft and lacked firmness.

My xmas stay at this hotel was wonderful! The views from my room were spectacular and the room itself was neat and spacious. The staff was warm and understanding, always offering their assistance. The hotel's location is an added bonus as it is near several bus stops and a supermarket.
The curtains in my room were thin, making it difficult to sleep in once daylight came streaming in. The pillows were also a bit too soft for my liking.

Location wise, this hotel is ideal as it is conveniently located near a ski rental and bus stop. Our room had an amazing view of the mountains and was very clean, with a well-appointed bathroom. the staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast had a nice selection and included hot dishes such as omelettes and scrambled eggs. the lounge area in the basement was a great hangout spot with a pool table and bar. the only downside was the outdated interior of the hotel.
